Blair House
5 Fraternitas Drive

Once a stately, tasteful blue manor house erected in 1933, the official home of Chi Delta Chi is now a vaguely terrifying pink and white confection straight out of 'Legally Blonde' - hopelessly effeminate, as shallow as any of the sisters, and designed and decorated with the Chi Delts' typically wild parties in mind. The reception rooms have become casual lounges, the dining tables in the main hall have been replaced with gym equipment, and the cut crystal and heirloom china formerly owned by the sorority have long since been hocked to pay for a new stereo and other such entertainments. The house currently accomodates around sixty girls - cramming them in like sardines - and it's not uncommon to find plenty of guys and girls from outside the sorority slumped over furniture and sleeping on the floor over the weekend.
